Tramas de la identidad

Abstract

[spa] En mi trabajo busco captar lo real e infundo lo íntimo. Yo soy mi obra. Me apodero de unos recuerdos y de una infancia en un lugar, que me influyó y que se ve reflejado en mis obras. A partir de aquí, construyo de los recuerdos, mostrando en las obras el conflicto donde los secretos son revelados y las obsesiones se exponen, esas tramas repetitivas y esas formas de recorte que siempre muestro. Exteriorizando así el deseo de retroceder a esa infancia, a esa casa, donde fue de los primeros escenarios de mi memoria y donde yo especialmente hacía elemento de papel recortado, que denomino “elemento de memoria”.

[eng] In my work I seek to capture the real and infuse the intimate. I am my work. I take over memories and a childhood in a place, which influenced me and which is reflected in my work. From here, I build from the memories, showing in the works the conflict where the secrets are revealed and the obsessions are exposed, those repetitive plots and those forms of cutting that I always show. In this way, I externalise the desire to go back to that childhood, to that house, where it was one of the first scenes in my memory and where I especially made cut-out paper elements, which I call “memory elements”.
