Comentari a les resolucions de la Direcció General de Dret i d'Entitats Jurídiques de 5 de setembre de 2019 (dret de retenció: la seva constitució requereix la intervenció dels propietaris de la finca); 12 de novembre de 2019 (propietat horitzontal: servitud per a instal·lació d'ascensor); 4 de desembre de 2019 (segregació de porció de terreny per transmetre-la al titular de la finca confrontant i procedir a l'agrupació: sobre la necessitat de llicència de parcel·lació o declaració d'innecessarietat - operacions realitzades fa més de 30 anys), i 9 de desembre de 2019 (testament de persona subjecta a curatela sense intervenció dels dos facultatius requerits per l'art. 421-9 CC).
Comments on the Decisions of the Catalan Directorate General of Law and Legal Entities dated 5 September 2019 (right of retention: its creation requires the intervention of the owners of the land); 12 November 2019 (condominium: easement to install a lift); 4 December 2019 (division of plots and the requirement of an administrative licence when the division took place over 30 years ago), and 9 December 2019 (partial incapacitation and the capacity to make a will: scope of the formal requirements laid down by article 421-9 of the Catalan Civil Code).
