dc.description.abstractOnline continuing education programs for judges have implementation problems because of the geographical dispersion of users and the need to reach a certain level of skills for using and applying technology. In this context it is relevant to determine the aims of the program and to draft an appropriate design of the curriculum of the program that is intended to run.
