Reflejos

Abstract

[spa] A partir de la observación de una escena cotidiana, el reflejo que produce la luz solar en algunos materiales dependiendo de la posición y la hora del día, surge el interés por navegar más allá de lo que la vista nos ofrece. Me pregunto: ¿cómo se podría recrear intencionadamente un efecto azaroso de la luz?, ¿cómo nos interpela este reflejo tan intenso? Y los materiales, ¿cómo es el mundo que habita en ellos? Me interesa reflexionar y tratar desde la producción artística la relación entre cuerpo y reflejo. Y a la vez, entrecruzar los límites de realidad y fantasía.

[eng] From the observation of an everyday scene, the reflection that sunlight produces on some materials depending on the position and time of day, an interest arises in navigating beyond what sight offers us. I ask myself: how could one intentionally recreate a random effect of light, how does this intense reflection challenge us? And the materials, what is the world that inhabits them like? I am interested in reflecting on and dealing with the relationship between body and reflection through artistic production. And at the same time, to cross the limits of reality and fantasy.
