[cat] En la població escolar, del 4% fins al 6%, està representat per alumnat amb altes capacitats. Paradoxalment, l’índex de detecció de l’alumnat en qüestió és molt escàs. Aquest fet deixa entreveure que, possiblement existeixen nois i noies amb altes capacitats els quals no se’ls està atenent segons les seves necessitats. Durant les pràctiques del màster, concretament a l’EAP de la Garrotxa, vaig poder presenciar múltiples situacions, a diferents instituts, que evidenciaven aquesta falta de coneixement que, moltes vegades, eren expressades pel propi professorat. Se’ls va cedir una enquesta que va corroborar de manera significativa aquest desconeixement global, i en conseqüència, va esdevenir una necessitat a cobrir. Així doncs, el present treball proposa una pla de formació, destinat a dos instituts analitzats de la Garrotxa, però perfectament extrapolable a d’altres. És de naturalesa constructivista i parteix dels coneixements i esquemes mentals del professorat; es divideix en tres blocs: què són les altes capacitats, detecció de les altes capacitats i propostes d’intervenció per a l’alumnat amb altes capacitats. La formació es caracteritza per ser flexible, interactiva, pràctica, fonamentada i realista, a més, incorpora annexats tots els aspectes per dur-la a terme.
[eng] In the school population, from 4% to 6% is represented by students with high abilities. Paradoxically, the detection rate of the students in question is very low. This fact, suggests that there are possibly boys and girls with high abilities who are not being cared for according to their needs. During the internship of the master, specifically at the EAP of La Garrotxa, I was able to witness multiple situations, in different institutes, which evidenced this lack of knowledge that, many times, were expressed by the teachers themselves. A survey was handed over to teachers which significantly corroborated this global ignorance, and as a result, it became a necessity to be covered. Thus, the present work proposes a training plan, intended for two analyzed institutes in La Garrotxa, but perfectly extrapolable to others. It is of constructivist nature and leaves from the knowledge and mental schemes of the teaching staff; is divided into three blocks: what are the High Capacities, detection of the High Capacities and intervention proposals for students with High Capacities. The training is characterized by being flexible, interactive, practical, well-founded and realistic, in addition, it incorporates annexed all the aspects to take it to term.
