Abstract
En este artículo se estudiará las particularidades que presenta la venta directa de alimentos ecológicos, y más concretamente las relaciones de confianza entre los actores participantes.
Para ello se realiza una etnografía multifocalizada entre la ciudad de Barcelona, el Baix
Llobregat y el Maresme. Si bien existen distintos canales para acceder a los alimentos ecológicos, aquí diferenciaremos entre el mercado formal –regulado oficialmente– y el
mercado informal –fuera de la regulación oficial–, siendo el segundo de ellos el centro de interés de la presente investigación.// This article discusses the special features around the direct selling of organic
products, focusing on the relations of trust that happen to take place among the actors
involved. For that, we have carried out a multi-sited ethnography between the city of
Barcelona, the Baix Llobregat and the region of Maresme. Although there are several ways
to access organic products, we will make a difference between the formal –officially
regulated– and the informal market –out of the official regulation–, being the second one the point of interest of our research.
