[spa] Esta investigación busca mostrar las Luces y Sombras de la educación pública en Ecuador. Este estudio se mira a través de una red (rizoma). Se desarrolló a partir de la metodología de Historias de vida, no lineales, -entrecruzadas- de ocho docentes de diferentes regiones de Ecuador. Así mismo, este trabajo utiliza estrategias artísticas para su desarrollo, como es el uso de la cromática, glosas, cartografía y una escritura narrativa-topográfica. Las aportaciones de esta investigación nacen de los relatos de las vivencias de los docentes y sus saberes que se desarrollan a lo largo de su tránsito como profesores, y las aportaciones que han brindado al país.
[eng] The present research explores the Lights and Shadows of public education in Ecuador. The study adopts a rhizomatic methodology, and is based on interwoven, non-linear life stories involving eight teachers from different regions of Ecuador. Additionally, this investigation employs artistic strategies, including the use of chromatics, side comments, cartography, and a topographic-narrative writing style. The contributions of this research emanate from the narratives of the teachers’ experiences and the knowledge they have gained throughout their careers as educators in the country.
