[cat] La recerca s’inscriu en el projecte I+D “Situación actual, circuito de atención y modelo de intervención social y educativa para la inclusión” (PGC2018-100944-B-100), convocatòria I+D+i d’Excel·lència o Generació de Coneixement (2018) del Ministeri d’Innovació. En aquest marc, l’article analitza la transició dels models d’acollida cap a models de cura i atenció integral dirigits a adolescents i joves migrants no acompanyats a Espanya. L’article posa el focus en el paper dels processos participatius en la configuració dels dispositius d’atenció i dels itineraris d’inclusió social, en coherència amb els Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible, especialment l’ODS 10 (Reducció de les desigualtats) i l’ODS 16 (Institucions sòlides). L’estudi examina com la incorporació de mecanismes de participació activa, agència i corresponsabilitat contribueix a redefinir els models d’intervenció socioeducativa i els sistemes de protecció. Mitjançant una aproximació qualitativa basada en l’anàlisi de polítiques públiques, dispositius residencials i experiències professionals, la recerca identifica fortaleses, limitacions i reptes dels sistemes de participació, especialment en relació amb la transició a la vida adulta i la continuïtat assistencial. [eng] This article analyses institutional responses to the arrival and reception of unaccompanied migrant adolescents and youth in Spain, based on a qualitative-participatory study conducted in the seven autonomous communities and one autonomous city with the highest levels of reception. The study broadens the traditional category of unaccompanied minors by adopting a perspective that considers the entire migratory journey, recognising the continuity of needs from adolescence through to youth. Through interviews, focus groups and participatory workshops with young people and professionals (n = 389), the research explores three key areas: (1) the spheres of well-being that shape the life trajectories of this group; (2) the structure and dysfunctions of the institutional care system; and (3) the mismatch between administrative timescales and the life processes of young people. The findings reveal fragmented and unequal institutional practices, which fail to coherently and continuously address the spheres of well-being: material, emotional, relational and decisional. The article advocates for a shift from a reception model to a care model, grounded in dignity, continuity, and the participation of young people in shaping their own pathways. This transition requires structural reforms, greater investment in specialised resources, and the incorporation of transnational perspectives that acknowledge the complexity of their trajectories.
