[spa] Varias Organizaciones Internacionales del ámbito americano están intentando dar
respuesta a la grave crisis que vive Venezuela desde hace varios años; las tres
organizaciones elegidas y detalladas en este trabajo tienen capacidades y pronunciamientos
diferentes sobre el mismo hecho, basadas en su naturaleza institucional, su composición y
la concepción respecto a los principios democráticos y los Derechos Humanos.
Esta investigación explora cuales son estas medidas que toman los organismos y que
limites encuentran a la hora de involucrarse en los asuntos internos de un Estado
Miembro.
Esta investigación evidencia la capacidad del sistema interamericano para hacer frente a la
situación más crítica que aqueja a la región en la actualidad, exponiendo intereses diversos
y las dinámicas propias de estos Estados.
[eng] Several International Organizations of the American scope are trying to respond to the serious crisis that Venezuela has been experiencing for several years; the three organizations selected and detailed in this work have different capacities and pronouncements on the same fact, based on their institutional nature, their composition and the conception of democratic principles and Human Rights. This research explore which are these actions and what limits international organizations find when it comes to getting involved in the internal affairs of a Member State. This research demonstrates the capacity of the inter-American system to face the most critical situation that affects the region at present, exposing diverse interests and the dynamics of these states
