[spa] Desde hace años escuchamos que el Derecho del Trabajo, tal y como está configurado en la mayoría de los países europeos es inflexible, costoso, falto de sentido, exigiéndose desde instancias europeas cambios estructurales en las legislaciones de los países miembros. España, acometió una gran reforma del Derecho del Trabajo iniciándose en el año 2012 que trasformó el panorama de derechos de los trabajadores de manera significativa. Italia ha comenzado también este proceso de reestructuración, destacando la denominada Jobs Act de marzo de 2015 que plantea importantes cambios. Nuestro propósito en este estudio es analizar la reforma estructural italiana de marzo de 2015 en contraposición con la normativa española existente, teniendo en cuenta que algunas de las cuestiones de la reforma italiana todavía se encuentran en proceso de tramitación parlamentaria.
[eng] We heard years ago, how labor law as it is set up in most European countries is inflexible, expensive, lacking in sense, demanding from European Institutions structural changes in the laws of the member countries. Spain, undertook a major reform of labor law, starting in 2012 that transformed the outlook of workers' rights significantly. Italy has also begun the process of restructuring, highlighting the so-called Jobs Act of March 2015 posed major changes. Our purpose in this paper is to analyze the Italian structural reform of March 2015 as opposed to the current Spanish legislation, considering that some of the issues of the Italian reform are still in the process of parliamentary proceedings.
