[spa] En este trabajo se pretende analizar la relación entre la violencia y la maternidad presente en los cómics de superhéroes de la franquicia de Marvel, concretamente en los personajes de Viuda Negra, Mística y Jessica Jones. Es decir, se ha buscado la relación específica entre estos dos elementos al mismo tiempo que se ha analizado cómo esta conexión influye en su representación de la violencia ejercida y sufrida. Finalmente, se ha analizado esto en conjunto para ver qué representación de la maternidad se hace dentro de las obras en un período concreto, que se inicia en los años 60 con la creación de Viuda Negra y termina en 2010 con la primera aparición de Jessica Jones. La metodología usada para este trabajo se centra en el estudio de la teoría del cómic, de la sexualidad, la maternidad y la representación de mujeres violentas para aplicar estos conceptos al estudio de las obras de Marvel, teniendo como foco la concepción sociocultural de la mujer violenta/arma que imprenta la idea de la maternidad e imposibilita que los sujetos ejerzan este rol. Eso implica una relación directa entre los personajes y su momento de creación al mismo tiempo que habla de la importancia que se asigna culturalmente a ciertos roles, como la maternidad, que se impone como innato y se limita a un conjunto de sujetos con unas características muy concretas.
[eng] This MA thesis aims to analyze the relationship between violence and motherhood present in Marvel superhero comics, specifically in the characters of Black Widow, Mystique and Jessica Jones. The specific relationship between these two elements has been sought while how this connection influences the representation of the violence exercised and suffered has been analyzed. These have been interrogated together to see what representations of motherhood are made within the comics in a specific period, which begins in the 60s with the creation of Black Widow and ends in 2010 with the first appearance of Jessica Jones. The methodology used for this work focuses on the study of comic book theory, sexuality and motherhood theory and the representation of violent women theory to apply these concepts to the study of Marvel comics. The most important conclusion from this work is the implication of the sociocultural conception of the violent woman/weapon that imprints the idea of motherhood and makes it impossible for these subjects to exercise this role. This implies a direct relationship between the characters and their moment of creation while talking about the importance that is culturally assigned to certain roles, such as motherhood, which is imposed as innate and limited to a set of subjects with very specific characteristics.
