[spa] La investigación utiliza la película Ex Machina como un punto de partida, centrándose en su narrativa, sus elementos visuales, efectos especiales y su contexto industrial, etc., situándose las películas de cyborg en un período específico, el siglo XXI, para ver el desarrollo de la imagen del cyborg en las películas de ciencia ficción de Hollywood, estudia la ideología como transhumanismo y feminismo en la película, mientras explica por qué la película Ex Machina es tan especial en la historia de las películas de ciencia ficción y cómo la imagen de cyborg se convirtió en lo que es ahora.
