[cat] En aquest treball es pretén analitzar com ha tractat la historiografia el fenomen del moviment veïnal a la ciutat de Barcelona durant el tardofranquisme i la Transició. El moviment veïnal és un moviment social que es va donar en els barris suburbials de les ciutats per demanar millors condicions urbanístiques i d’equipaments, alhora que s’articulaven en clau antifranquista i en favor d’un estat democràtic. Aquest moviment va influenciar en el que seria la Barcelona de la Transició i la democràcia, així com també va crear una consciència col·lectiva entre els veïns i veïnes dels barris populars, dels quals la majoria eren migrants.
[eng] The main goal of this study is to analyse how historiography has dealt with the phenomenon of the neighbourhood movement in the city of Barcelona during the late Francoist period and the Transition. The neighbourhood movement is a social movement that arose in the suburbs of the cities to demand better urban conditions and facilities, while at the same time articulating themselves in anti-Francoist terms and in favour of a democratic state. This movement influenced what would become the Barcelona of the Transition and democracy, as well as creating a collective conscience among the residents of the working-class neighbourhoods, most of whom were migrants.
