Abstract

[cat] La Crida del Bosc és un procés de treball material i tècnic, dins de l’art i natura, on s’adquireix coneixement de la zona que es treballa. Aquest projecte intenta obrar al màxim amb materials d’extracció natural, conservant-los per a després ser utilitzats. Tots aquests processos volen tenir un caràcter respectuós, dins de les pràctiques de l’observació i , alhora, el fet de caminar, reconèixer, contemplar, trepitjar i passejar per aquests entorns naturals. A més de ser un creixement personal, aquest treball vol dialogar i reflexionar sobre les problemàtiques i possibilitats de la zona rural on ens trobem, al Moianès (Catalunya Central).

[eng] The Call of the Forest is a process of work, material and technical, within art and nature, from where knowledge is acquired from the area that is being worked upon. The present dissertation intends to work fully with materials that have been extracted from nature, which in turn, are later preserved so they can be manipulated. All these processes have a respectful nature, within the practices of observation, recognition, contemplation, stepping on, and, simultaneously, the act of walking or strolling through natural environments. Besides being a personal growth, this project wishes to establish a dialogue and reflect around the difficulties and possibilities and the rural area of Moianès (central Catalonia) where we are found.
