Abstract
(cast) Este trabajo aborda la puesta en marcha de un restaurante con cocina de proximidad, cócteles y música en directo, todo en la ciudad de Barcelona y enmarcado en la temática "empresa de servicios". La idea parte de un negocio familiar actual con tradición de más de 50 años que ofrece pastelería, cafetería, restaurante y servicio de catering. El presente proyecto propone un plan de empresa con el objetivo de desvincular la parte del restaurante y enfocarlo de una manera muy distinta, orientado a un público objetivo diferente. El elemento clave y diferenciador respecto de los restaurantes habituales, serán las actuaciones en directo, las sesiones de Dj y los dulces artesanos con extrema tradición e historia.
(eng) This project is about an start up of a restaurant with proximity cooking food, cocktails and alive music, everything in the city of Barcelona and it belong to the topic "service company". The idea is based on a family business with a tradition of more than 50 years that offers, pastry shop, coffee shop, restaurant and catering service. This work proposes a business plan with the aim of unlinking the of the restaurant and focusing it in a very different way, with a different target audience. The key element and differentiating from the usual restaurants will be the live performances, the Dj sessions and also artisan sweets with extreme tradition and history.
