Abstract
[spa] Obra autobiográfica enmarcada como diario conceptual sin narrativa lineal realizando mediante dibujos. Reflexiones sobre salud mental, feminismo, feminidad, la sanación emocional. Obra centrada alrededor de un personaje caracterizado con facciones que resaltan su sensibilidad emocional, su pasado traumático, su interés en las terapias emocionales. Estética infantil femenina: paleta mayoritariamente pastel, sobretodo rosada. Imaginario dulce mezclado con imágenes macabras -mutilaciones, heridas- para dar espacio suficiente a enfrentarse a temas dolorosos, con intención de invitar al lector a aceptar sus propias vivencias traumáticas. Referencia a elementos de la cultura Pop como letras de canciones, objetos cotidianos, comida. Presencia de un ambiente de ensueño con nubes y flores colocadas en repetidas ocasiones. Trazo lineal,
gráfico. Mezcla de técnicas como lápiz, pintura acrílica aplicada con pincel y rotulador con edición digital, fundiéndolas.
[eng] An autobiographical work framed as a non-lineal narrative conceptual journal created through drawings. Reflecting on mental health, feminism, femininity, emotional healing. Work based around a character characterized with features which highlight their emotional sensitivity, their traumatic past, their interest in emotional therapies. Childlike feminine aesthetic: overall pastel presence in the palette, especially pink. Sweet imagery mixed with macabre sights -mutilations, wounds- in order to be able to deal with painful subjects, inviting the reader to accept their own traumatic experiences. Based on and heavily referencing pop culture with song lyrics, everyday objects, food. Linear trace, graphical. Mixed media: pencil, acrylic paint on brush and markers with digital editing, fusing them.
