[spa] En este trabajo se analiza el artículo 19 del Convenio Multilateral Iberoamericano de Seguridad Social, el cual regula la coordinación de las legislaciones nacionales en materia de exámenes médico-periciales para el reconocimiento de pensiones, con el objeto de garantizar los derechos de los trabajadores migrantes y sus familias, protegidos por los distintos Sistemas nacionales de Seguridad Social de los diferentes Estados Iberoamericanos.
[eng] In this paper is analysed Article 19 of the Ibero-American Multilateral convention on Social Security, that regulates the coordination of national laws on medical-expert examinations for recognizing pension, in order to guarantee the rights of migrant workers and their families, protected by the various national social security systems of the different Ibero-American States.
