[spa] Actualmente, el racismo es uno de los ejes de opresión que discriminan diariamente a muchas personas de nuestro entorno, cuando este fenómeno se da durante la infancia sus impactos pueden ser muy perjudiciales. El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) plantea como objetivo principal promover la educación antirracista, realizando un estudio previo del concepto racismo, la migración, la interculturalidad y el antirracismo en la acción socioeducativa con niños/as y familias en situación de riesgo de exclusión social. Este trabajo pretende diseñar un proyecto en el Centro Socioeducativo Poble Sec a partir de una aproximación a la realidad de las personas atendidas y del equipo profesional para incorporar la educación antirracista en el centro. Esto se hará mediante una propuesta formativa a los/as profesionales del servicio en la que mediante el diálogo y la reflexión se busquen una serie de estrategias para promover el antirracismo dentro del centro.
[eng] Currently, racism is one of the major axes of oppression that daily discriminates against many people around us. When this phenomenon occurs during childhood, its impacts can be very harmful. This thesis aims to promote an antiracist education by conducting a preliminary study on the concept of racism, migration, interculturality, and antiracism in the socio-educational field with children and families at risk of social exclusion. This work intends to design a project for the Centro Socioeductivo Poble Sec, based on an understanding of the reality of the people that attend this service and the professional team, to incorporate an antiracist education in the center. This will be achieved through a proposal aimed to the service’s professionals, in which a series of strategies to promote antiracism within the center will be sought through dialogue and reflection.
