REQUESENS. Pla estratègic de la Vall i Castell de Requesens

Abstract

[cat] La Vall de Requesens és un indret d’una qualitat paisatgística i patrimonial excepcional on trobem patrimoni natural, històric, cultural i simbòlic, i que destaca especialment per conformar el cor del Paratge d'Interès Nacional de l'Albera i pel seu Castell entre el Romanticisme i el Modernisme. Tota la Vall pertany a una finca privada que manca de recursos per a la correcta gestió d'aquest patrimoni. El present pla estratègic desenvolupa un nou model d'ús i gestió i un pla d'actuacions a mitjà i llarg termini amb l'objectiu de pal·liar aquestes mancances, buscant la col·laboració dels diferents agents del territori i tenint en compte els aspectes socials, econòmics i patrimonials.

[eng] The Valley of Requesens is a site of exceptional landscape and patrimonial quality where we find natural, historical, cultural, and symbolic heritage, and which is especially notable for forming the heart of the Parage of National Interest of the Albera and its Castle between Romanticism and Modernism. The whole valley belongs to a private estate that lacks resources for the proper management of this heritage. This strategic plan develops a new model of use and management, and a medium- and long-term plan of action with the aim of alleviating these shortcomings, seeking the cooperation of the different actors in the territory, always taking account of the social, economic and heritage aspects.
