[spa]El presente trabajo se propone explicar en qué consiste la reinvención del Estado como movimiento social, la forma de renovación estatal planteada por la plataforma epistémico-política del sociólogo y filósofo del derecho portugués Boaventura de Sousa Santos. Esta reinvención es una tarea que se realiza desde, con y hacia el Sur, de donde se infiere una novísima teoría crítica, cosmopolita y subalterna.
[eng]This paper seeks to explain what The Reinvention of the State as a Social Movement is; the state renewal way submitted by the epistemic-political platform of the Portuguese sociologist and philosopher of law Boaventura de Sousa Santos. This reinvention is a task that should be made from, with, and to the South, whence it is inferred a renewed critical theory, cosmopolitan and subaltern.
