La selección de estos instrumentos ha de ser coherente con los objetivos del proceso de evaluación; los instrumentos que se utilicen han de ser útiles, válidos y fiables, y su uso se ha de ajustar a directrices éticas y deontológicas. Its purpose is to strengthen clinical reasoning skills, syndromic analysis, and the structured development of differential diagnoses in complex clinical scenarios. The case presents the comprehensive evaluation of a 29-year-old man with subacute abdominal pain, hepatomegaly, ascites, systemic inflammation, and mucocutaneous manifestations suggestive of a multisystem vasculitic process.
