| dc.description.abstract | This package aims to offer an R interface for the functions developed by Pierre Legendre to perform t-tests for correlation coefficients taking into account the spatial autocorrelation of the data. This package is actually a set of wrapper functions to the subroutines contained in the code developed by Pierre Legendre (plus improvements on the Fortran code to handle any number of variables, and geographical coordinates).
