Abstract

The project starts by exploring and researching in each autonomous community in order to know the system of organization of the current existing models in so far as legislation and also its application to reality. By means of research, interviews and conversations with teachers from different autonomous communities the characteristics of each model are identified and evaluated leading to the new approach adapted to the reality in Catalonia in the 21st Century. The characteristics of each organizational formula are assessed, some of them with common features and finally different alternative models are proposed in coexistence with each other, which enable involvement in the most local context without avoiding collective or network work.
