Resum
Métodos: Investigación cuantitativa, no experimental,
correlacional.
Correlacional. Resultados: Total 54 casos, edad media 33 años, género femenino
57,4% y género masculino 42,6%. Apoyo Organizacional Percibido: 57,4% percibe alto
[eng] New global times and technological advances have allowed the growing implementation of telework, with benefits for organizations and for workers. Telework has plenty of investigation from the perspective of the organization, but there is little information from the experience of the own teleworkers. Aims: To evaluate perceived organizational support and job satisfaction in teleworkers, and to analyze the relationship between both variables. Methods: Cuantitative, non-experimental, correlational investigation. Sample: 54 teleworkers currently working in Spain. Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction were evaluated, and the correlation between both variables was analyzed. Data analysis performed with SPSS Statistics 20.0, with Descriptive Statistics and Spearman Correlation. Results: Total of 54 cases, mean age 33 years, female 57,4% and male 42,6%. Perceived Organizational Support: 57,4% perceives high support, 22,2% medium perception, 20,4% does not perceive support; higher levels in partial teleworkers (74,19%). Job Satisfaction: 63% high level, 24,1% low level, 13% medium level; higher levels for Environment dimension (64,8%) and in partial teleworkers (78%). Correlational Analysis: high positive (0,728) and significant (p=0,000) correlation between Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction. Conclusions: A high positive and significant correlation was observed between Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction in teleworkers, meaning that, as better perceived organizational support by a teleworker, better will be his/her level of job satisfaction.
