[spa] El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la atribución constitucional del Consejo
General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) de control disciplinario sobre el colectivo de jueces y magistrados.
Se centra en la identificación de faltas disciplinarias y la aplicación de castigos más habituales, para
poder evaluar la selectividad del sistema sancionador, la posible injerencia de políticas interna o
externa sobre la Justicia y la relación del ejercicio de políticas públicas judiciales con los mecanismos
de control.

Se centra en la identificació de faltes disciplinàries i l'aplicació de càstigs més habituals, per poder avaluar la selectivitat del sistema sancionador, la possible ingerència de polítiques interna o externa sobre la Justícia i la relació de l'exercici de polítiques públiques judicials amb els mecanismes de control.
[eng] In this work, we analyze the role of the Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) as the disciplinary control organism over the group of judges and magistrates. By identifying the disciplinary offenses and the most frequent punishments applied, we evaluate the selectivity of the disciplinary system, the possible interference of internal or external policies on Justice and the relation of a judicial public policy with the control mechanisms.
