[spa] Este Recurso Educativo Abierto (REA) forma parte del proyecto GEDIS (Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education) y explica de forma visual y accesible cómo funciona Power Automate. La infografía “De la idea a la automatización” presenta los elementos básicos de un flujo de trabajo automatizado —disparadores, acciones, condiciones, bucles y conectores— y va acompañada de una guía docente orientada al profesorado y personal bibliotecario. Este material permite aplicar Power Automate en tareas reales como la automatización del seguimiento de formularios, la gestión docente o la mejora de la trazabilidad en proyectos. Incluye además referencias bibliográficas y buenas prácticas de uso. Su objetivo es fomentar la alfabetización digital y la adopción de herramientas no-code en la educación superior y la gestión académica. #GEDIS

The infographic “From Idea to Automation” presents the basic elements of an automated workflow — triggers, actions, conditions, loops, and connectors — and is accompanied by a teaching guide aimed at academic staff and library professionals. This material enables the application of Power Automate to real tasks such as automating form tracking, supporting teaching management, or improving traceability in projects.
