[spa] Este texto desarrolla diversos aspectos para mejorar la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en la universidad. Basado en la teoría y en la experiencia propia, analiza y ofrece alternativas para el cambio en las aulas.Se analiza la docencia centrada en el docente y en el alumnado con la intención de mejorarlas para que el alumno aprenda. da pistas sobre cómo mejorar la sesión magistral y cómo equilibrarla con sesiones don-de la participación del alumnado asume toda la importancia.Sin caer en el ingenuismo pedagógico, el texto recuerda que lo importante no son las diversas metodologías o las técnicas de enseñanza como un fin en sí mismo, sino la preocupación del profesor o profesora por el aprendizaje del alumnado y cómo ésta se origina en todo el pro-ceso de enseñanza.

Based on the theory and experience, analyzes and provides alternatives for change in classrooms.The text explores the teacher centred teaching and student centred with the intention to improve the student to learn. Gives clues on how to improve sitting balance and sessions where student participation as-sumes all important. Without falling into the naive teaching, the text points out that the important thing is not the variety of methodologies and teaching techniques as an end in itself but the concern of the teacher or professor for student learning and how it originates in the whole process education.
