Educació inclusiva d'alumnes amb autisme en aules neurotípiques. Una mirada professional i familiar

[cat] Parlar d’inclusió a les aules, no és només una qüestió pedagògica, sinó també un repte que com a societat hem de poder assumir. La realitat és que encara avui dia genera resistència dintre del sistema educatiu. És per això que el present treball final de grau consisteix en una recerca envers l’educació inclusiva i com aquesta s’aplica amb infants amb el Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista (TEA). Per aquest motiu, l’objectiu general que es proposa és descriure com es duu a terme l’educació inclusiva d’alumnes amb autisme en una escola ordinària del districte de Sant Martí a través de la percepció dels docents i famílies. La metodologia emprada ha estat qualitativa mitjançant un estudi de cas. La recollida d’informació s’ha realitzat a través d’entrevistes obertes a quatre docents i tres familiars que tenen vincle directe amb l’alumne amb TEA. Els resultats posen en manifest falta de formació del professorat, la insuficiència de recursos tant econòmics com humans que l’escola presenta, la saturació de les docents i la manca d’estratègies inclusives. També es destaca la importància del vincle entre la família i escola així com la percepció del suport per part de les institucions públiques de Catalunya. Finalment, també s’ha trobat la necessitat d’incorporar la figura de l’Educador/a Social a les aules.

[eng] Talking about inclusion in classrooms is not only a pedagogical question, but also a task that we as a society must be able to assume. The reality faced today generates resistance within the educational system. It is therefore això that the present final work of graduation consists of a research on inclusive education and how this is applied to infants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). For this reason, the general objective that is proposed is to describe how it is duu to term the inclusive education of students with autism in an ordinary school in the district of Sant Martí through the perception of teachers and families. The methodology used has been qualitatively based on a case study. The collection of information has been carried out through open interviews with four teachers and three family members who have direct ties with the students and TEA. The results show a manifest lack of teacher training, the insufficiency of both economic and human resources that the school presents, the saturation of teachers and the lack of inclusive strategies. The importance of the link between family and school is also highlighted with the perception of support from the public institutions of Catalonia. Finally, there has also been a need to incorporate the figure of the Social Educator into the classrooms.
