Resum
[eng] This research work examines the differences in health and socio-sanitary social inclusion among survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) according to the recovery phases they are in, specifically in the last three phases. The study aims to identify if there are variations in the well-being of IPV survivors as they progress through these phases. This was done using the health and socio-sanitary dimensions of the multidimensional model for assessing the liberation and recovery of women and its battery of instruments (Neus Roca Cortés, 2013).
The findings of this research did not reveal significant differences between the phases in the studied aspects; however, they reflect the profound impact of IPV on the mental and physical health of survivors, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and various physical and sexual consequences, and their decrease over time as they move towards recovery. These results emphasize the need for future research in this area to develop more effective interventions and treatment strategies tailored to the needs of women experiencing IPV.
